Refund Policy — 30 Days

If you cancel a scheduled service or unused portion of a service within 30 days, we will review the request and issue refunds for eligible charges when applicable. Materials ordered or completed labor may not be refundable. Eligibility will be confirmed in writing.

What's Eligible

  • • Scheduled services not yet started
  • • Unused portions of prepaid services
  • • Deposits where materials have not been ordered

What's Not Eligible

  • • Materials already ordered or delivered
  • • Labor already completed
  • • Custom or special-order items

To request a refund: Contact us within 30 days of your scheduled service. We will review your request and confirm eligibility in writing.
